Sub:- Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service
Associations with the
PMG., Western Region, Coimbatore-641
002– Reg.
Ref :- PMG’s letter No. SR/02-01/15 dated 24.02.2015.
The
following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting
to be held on 20.03.2015.
Old
Subjects:- “NIL”
New
Subjects: -
1. Request for release of Honorarium bill for IO/PO which are pending in
respect of all the cases and ceiling may be raised as notified in DOPT memo.
i.e. Rs.5000/Rs.10000.
2. Request
to impart training to IP/ASP in the latest software Finacle and McCamish.
Though the IP/ASP’s are well versed in our present Application Software
their exposure in the new Software are almost NIL. This badly affects their
performance in the current and inspection work in new Software. Therefore this
Association most kindly request to arrange a training programme to all IP/ASPs
in the new software.
3.
Request for evenly distribution of
IO/PO work to all IPs/ASPs in Western Region.
The following members of
our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on
20.03.2015. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to
them.
