It is very sorry state of affairs to our cadre recent days. last year it was, transfer and now the selection has been taken away from us. Now our cadre is left with doing job like inspection and achieving target set by higherups. May be this is due to some wrongdoings by our colleagues in selections of GDS but that does not mean that all the appointing authorities are dishonest. The new method of selection will pose so many confusions in the coming days for which no body will take responsibility. Let's wait and watch.
