Sub:-     Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the PMG., Southern Region, Madurai-625 002. – Reg.

                        The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held with the PMG., Southern Region Shortly.

Old Subjects:-  “NIL”

                           

New Subjects:-

1.    Request to allot sufficient funds to sub divisions to meet the marketing expenses :- Sub Divisional heads are finding very difficult to get the actual expenditure incurred in marketing our products. Especially the total RPLI Mela expenditures are not approved by the Divisional Heads. Certain expenditure was disallowed after spending the amount. As such the Sub Divisional heads find very difficult in conducting Melas as prescribed by RO. It is most kindly requested to allot sufficient funds to the sub divisions directly for effective marketing of our products.
