Letter to CPMG....

A letter has been sent to CPMG, Tamilnadu Circle in conenction with granting of special casual leave for ASP's who are going to attend Officers Development Programme at PTC,Madurai for participating in Circle Conference. The copy of the letter is placed below.

            Sub:-Request to grant Special Casual leave during training – Reg

            This is regarding availing Special Casual leave to the members of the Association for attending the CWC and the 41^st Biennial Circle Conference of the Association proposed to be held at Udhayam International Hotel Tiruchendur on 21^st and 22^nd August 2014. As per our notification and request the CPMG has granted Special Casual Leave to the IP/ASP in Tamilnadu circle to attend the Circle conference vide CPMG letter No SR/104-3/2011/Ins dated at Chennai the 06-08-2014 and circulated to all the units except the PTC Madurai. This Association whole heartedly thanks the CPMG.

            Now it is brought to my notice that the “Officers Development Programme” training for IP/ASP is proposed to be held at PTC Madurai from 18-08-2014 to 30-08-2014. Many active members of the Association and proposed contestants for the office bearer post are included in the training. Therefore I most kindly request the benign CPMG to forward a copy of the Special Casual leave order to the Director PTC Madurai for grant of Special Casual leave on request at PTC Madurai. The IP/ASP availing Special Casual leave on training will work on Holiday and extended hours to compensate the period required for training.
