Under the provisions of article 25 of the constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent of Posts, It is hereby notified that the biennial 41^st Circle conference of the Association will be held at Tiruchendur on 21^st and 22^nd August 2014

1-             Confirmation of the minutes of 40^th Biennial circle conference held at Chennai.

2.      Approval of Annual Report of the Association.

3-      Approval of Annual audited accounts of the Association.

4.      Subject matters for debate/discussion and decision thereon

             i.            Seventh pay commission.

            ii.            Merger of ASP with Gr B cadre

          iii.            Cadre restructuring of Inspector Post cadre

         iv.            Regular promotion to PSS Gr B

          v.            Re- organization of Sub Divisions.

         vi.            Rule 38 transfer of surplus qualified IP candidate.

       vii.            Honorarium to part time IO/PO for enquiries

      viii.            Women and youth participation in Association activities.

          ix.            Marketing of our products by IP/ASPs

           x.            Regional transfer requests
